Primary (elementary) teachers will love the new H5P content type ‘Game Map’ created by Oliver Tacke.
A map is used as a background image. Points are added on top of the map and H5P activities are added to each point. It has many great customization features such as point travel options and the ability to add background music.
My Game Map example below is shared under Creative Commons CC BY NC 4.0. I used a phonics theme so all of the activities are about words containing ‘igh’.
It features the following content types.
- interactive video with mark the words questions
- course presentation with an experimental image choice with audio
- memory game
- drag the words
- drag and drop
- course presentation with fill in the blanks
