H5P has recently added the ability to add distractors to ‘drag the words’ questions.
This example about extra pronouns addresses an error I often hear my English language students make.
Here’s how to make it.
Open your H5P editing environment or download and install Lumi to create it on your computer if you don’t have one.
Select ‘drag the words’ if you only want one question or ‘Quiz’ if you need more.
Images for each question look best and add more context for what the sentence means for English language learners. So if you have the time, try an AI image generator. I used playground.com.
Surround the text for each draggable block with asterisks and add the distractors in the new section.
Finally, go through each question to check for errors.
