Discrete Option Multiple Choice is a new content type created by Oliver Tacke, who has created many H5P content types. Its format is based on research from universities in Germany. The default (and recommended) setting for this content type is that it presents only one option at a time. This increases the difficulty of the question.
I look forward to when it is integrated into H5P but for now, it is available to download from Oliver’s site and upload to your H5P editing environment.
For more information and to download the content type see Oliver’s blog page on Discrete Option Multiple Choice.
